A recruiter is a specialist who is responsible for hiring staff in a company or organization. He selects resumes for the job, conducts interviews, selects suitable candidates for vacant positions.

From the above we come to the conclusion that the life of a recruiter is not so simple and requires a lot of effort and time. This was our motivational goal to make it easier and much more flexible for similar people to work in a way that is manageable and organized. Which will give us an effective result again and again and avoid a waste of time.

Pointer

Pointer is a cloud based SaaS platform that allows recruiters to choose candidates easier than it was before. Easy and affordable selection platform for your business and recruiters – whether they work with only one or more than ten companies – to easily find , source , manage and hire a candidate. Recruiters can quickly appoint interviews, send tests for candidates and see all collected data about them in one space with ease.

Pointer came to us as an idea, so the main challenge was to transform it into a first-of-its-kind recruiting platform in Georgia. We needed it to be as useful and practical as it could be. We built a custom UI for our platform, and we also developed a Pointer extension to ease using actual product. Due to a number of interactive elements, there was a lot of work on the optimization of overall app performance.

We managed it. We were able to create a platform that would be useful for recruiters in all types of businesses in recruiting and sorting candidates, create special reserves, vacancy adjustments, candidate qualifications and, most importantly, remove all stages from receiving candidates info to recruitment from recruiter’s to do list , without logging out from Pointer.ge
