Bigwins allows users to create virtual competitions that are closely connect to reality, earn points, take on challenges, and become a prize pool nominee. Payments on the platform are made only with a specially selected crypto wallet, which will make it much easier for customers to adjust to the platform and get maximum enjoyment from it.

Challenges

The client provided the product with an established, already ready-made markup, ideologically composed. Despite many challenges, our team was ready to respond appropriately to them. Despite many functional difficulties, we finally got a product like no other on the market. We have perfected and refined all the ideas that client had in mind.

Role of PMO

Because this project was of the B2B type, our management and planning team worked closely together to ensure that even the smallest details that make the project so unique were not overlooked. The project manager gave great support by conducting daily 1-1 meetings, creating personal and professional development plans, tracking satisfaction levels, and providing detailed documentation for developers.

Job done

Our team started by getting to know a feature which the client wanted to be implemented to write documentation. After requirements were set, our team got the challenge done. Before release, the project went through testing to ensure everything worked according to specifications.
