KamiFlow is designed to automate business processes related to documentation of various size companies. It ensures full cycle automation of working with internal and external documents of the company. Software gives the opportunity to register incoming and outgoing correspondence and to generate automatic registration numbers with a complex rule for it. Registration of documents in the system is carried out in accordance with the standards set by the company’s requirements and the rule of conducting the cases. KamiFlow allows you to work with any type of file. The automatic generation function from file templates is designed to facilitate standardization of document flow and simplifies the process of creating typical documents to personnel.
The main challenge was to transform Kami into a first-of-its-kind DocFlow platform in Georgia. We needed it to be as useful and practical as it could be. We built a custom UI for our platform. Due to a number of interactive elements, there was a lot of work on the optimization of overall app performance.
Role of PMO
Project management is crucial for projects such as KamiFlow due to its complicated functionality. Our project managers used all the necessary classic and modern tools to track and avoid non user friendly interactions to the product. Understanding clients’ needs and having a project manager assigned for a project helped us make the product flexible for every company who finds KamiFLow useful for their companies. The project manager was also responsible for time tracking, reporting, and tasks management in JIRA.
We provided our client with full-cycle web product development. Our team started by engaging a business analyst to write documentation. After requirements were set, our team realized an intuitive interface. Before release, the project went through testing to ensure everything worked according to specifications.
